Lally Kia’s mission is simple: make every customer a customer for life through world-class service. EFA was engaged to help execute a facility renovation focused on modernizing and elevating that customer experience.

Working with the brand, we implemented corporate design standards—integrating signage, branding, furniture, and materials to ensure consistent recognition across Kia dealerships. By adapting the global design to the unique conditions of the Chatham facility, we created dedicated, customer-focused spaces, including a new lounge, that meaningfully improve the service experience.
