Founded by Emily Featherstone and built on 15 years of experience, we specialize in a diverse portfolio that includes custom private residences, commercial, and institutional projects. Emily Featherstone
Emily Featherstone is the Founder and Principal Architect of Emily Featherstone Architect Inc. (EFA), a full-service design practice dedicated to creating purposeful, built realities.
Built on 15 years of rich experience, Emily specializes in thoughtful, client-focused residential and commercial architecture across Southwestern Ontario.
A proud graduate of the Master of Architecture program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), she launched EFA in 2020 on a foundation of collaboration and creativity.
Under her leadership, EFA's consistent goal is to help clients transform their unique vision into a tangible reality. This dedication is rooted in the belief that the spaces we inhabit should enable a "life by design.”
Emily is a registered architect and proud member of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). She actively supports the next generation of professionals by volunteering her time as a mentor to intern architects pursuing licensure.
Destinee Henhoeffer
Destinee Henhoeffer is EFA's Design Visionary and lead Interior Specialist. She is responsible for translating the firm's collaborative concepts into compelling 3D visuals.
With three years of experience spanning residential and commercial design, Destinee is the driving force behind the 3D modelling and visual communication at EFA. She leverages her expertise to allow clients to fully immerse themselves in the design vision before construction begins.
A lifelong passion for transforming spaces fuels her dynamic creative process. Destinee holds a Bachelor'sDegree in Interior Design from Fanshawe College and is dedicated to continuously expanding her expertisewithin the industry.
