The clients came to EFA with a residential vision of impressive scale and detail. With years of inspiration gathered, the objective was to design a private estate that cohesively supports their modern lifestyle and evolving family needs.

This project centres on intentional gathering and light-filled communal spaces. The primary residence is designed to accommodate a growing family while providing abundant areas for friends and relatives to connect.

A significant feature is the integration of amenity buildings on the property, including a dedicated Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). These structures ensure the extended family can gather and co-exist seamlessly for years.

Through collaborative and thoughtful design, the estate becomes a unique, multi-generational environment. EFA looks forward to seeing this ambitious vision come to life with construction beginning in 2026.
